I have a guy here in Greece selling this. Is this real? Has Gta 3 ever been released in retail form?? Wasn't digital only?

* Rating label (ESRB for NA) on cover isn't never covered
* GTA 3 rating is M not T like in that cover
* That is PS2 (PAL version) game disc

lol no thats fake secondly thats net even a ps3 disc anyway its a ps2 disc with a fake ps3 case.
