How to keep this Press Kit fresh

Guys, any advice how to keep this press kit for Arma 3 Apex DLC fresh for years? For now it has great condition, but I am not sure for how long. It looks like Chamaedorea. Also ... this press kit looks quite different for every game journalist

I am honestly surprised that plant is not fake. It really looks fake. Anything I touch dies, that's why I collect non-organic things. Plants and fish should fear me. Sorry I couldn't help you but I couldn't help but mention such a unique press kit.
