Final Fantasy II Famicom Modified Label - Official or Reproduction??

Hello everyone!

I just saw this mysterious FF II famicom cartridge. It has Yoshitaka Amano character concept art as a label instead of the usual label. I haven't found anything about it and the seller says he bought it at a bazaar with this label and that it's a working FF II game. He doesn't know more about it.

I think it's a reproduction at this point, but has anyone heard about a different label for this famicom game?
