Display and Preorder cases

Obviously it's still early days and with no official release date for Crash Bandicoot The N. Sane Trilogy, but does anybody from the UK or U.S know if there local game store has any 'For display only' or 'Preorder' cases which you just pick up off the shelf and take to the checkout to purchase?
