hi everyone,i bought a steelbook from ebay.it the seller gives me this 5IUP0010857446 number,and i dont know how to track it...already 20 days

I guess there is an option of translating the language to English at the end of the webpage. Cause I had received the same details and then I could change the language and track the goods. Hope it helps.

this is not normal tracking number,the web cant track it

Go to the website provided by the seller which might be in a foreign language. You have to change the language and then use the same tracking details provided by them. Tracking numbers vary depending upon different sites.

I never used this postal service that's called Postapriority Internationale but, from what I can understand on poste.it website, the pack can be tracked once it arrives to the International Exchange Center, the place where packs are addressed to the specific address. Try to contact the seller

Or that isn't tracked shipping but normal one (you can't track it)...
