Yes it is a preorder box which cost 99 euro. And it is limited to 1300 pieces worldwide and made only for media Markt Germany

A German seller on eBay has two slightly defective (small scratches/ dents) ones left. For $23 plus shipping I decided to go for it. Won't arrive for quite a while so I can't comment on the actual quality but thought I'd throw a post here for anyone else that might be interested.

However, this user does have one in "new" condition for a little more.

That first seller you linked is actually Merch from this forum. If anyone is interested, I'd suggest they just PM him directly about it. Might save a few more bucks since he wouldn't have to charge accounting for ebay seller fees.
