It is in fact new, as I opened it once just to check the contents. Game has still the plastic wrap.

Please beware: this edition was exclusive to Germany so every physical content is written in german.

It includes:

-> Risen 2 special edition PS3 (game, soundtrack, making-of, necklace, flag, cards and stickers, DLC)
-> Gnome statue
-> Bone-shaped pen
-> Numbered certificate
-> Official book guide (in german)
