Default RE2 and RE3 inner steelbook images.

So I’m coming into the awesome world of Steelbook collecting a little late. Always been a gamer but I’ve been out of playing them for a few years (divorce will do that, lol). Anyway, I wound up buying a loose copy of RE2 on eBay and figured I’d just keep a lookout for a decent priced Steelbook (this was about 3 months ago when there seemed to be a fair amount of RE2 Steelbook auctions on eBay). In the mean time I preordered RE3 so I could get the Steelbook (side note: I like it, but the art on RE2 I think is more appealing IMHO).
Flash forward to a month ago, my patients was wearing a little thin but I was persistent about watching eBay. A seller in Poland listed a sealed one for about $35 shipped. I snatched it up. It came today. It looks great to me. But when I went to put my lose disc in there I noticed the inner case artwork is exactly the same as the inner art for RE3. Is this a legit thing? Or did I get a knockoff? The inner plastic “STEELBOOK” is exactly the same. Either way I can live with it, but I was wondering if anyone who got theirs through more legitimate retailers can let me know if it’s the real deal.
Thanks

First welcome!!!
Can you send pictures of your Steelbooks? There are lots of fake Steelbooks. My Steelbooks are still sealed and I don’t want to open it but I am sure someone can answer this question.

Thanks for the welcome! I haven’t used forums in quite a while. Would I still need an image host for pics? Photobucket, etc?

Welcome to the hobby!

Sadly, I can't provide direct information because my RE2 and 3 copies are sealed.
However, unboxing videos on YouTube should help as well.
It seems like the insides are really the same:

This is no Steelbook but an example of a perfect inner artwork - I can’t understand how often they take so extreme ugly wired pictures for the inside. I could show you I think 50 steelbooks when you open it you think who the hell did this crime. If I produce a steelbook for a game this is a once in the lifetime decision and I would take my time and decide and choose the perfect pictures not the first concept art I find... the inner artwork of the Resi is a joke too in my opinion and then it’s twice
I don’t want to mention when there is no name on the spine like Spider-Man for example
