Did Hellblade have any promo items?

I've been on the lookout for promo items and press kits since the game released, but haven't found them to date. I've only come across people wanting to sell merchandise originally sold through the official store as supposedly rare promotional items.

Very unfortunate. I guess there was a stupid paper cube model handed out at E3 ? thats all I can find
