The Sims Medieval Deluxe edition includes,

Gamers who pick up the deluxe package will gain access to the special Monarch and Executioner outfit sets, as well as three extra throne rooms with Barbarian, Dark Magic and Princess themes.

No price or box art has been made available yet, for all I know this could be a digital only download but as it's being mentioned in the Game.co.uk news I would say it a retailed box version.

Included is:

- Exclusive Outfit sets – Monarch King and Queen set and Executioner Male and Female set

- 3 Bonus Throne Rooms with Barbarian, Dark Magic and Princess themes

OK final update,

Game.co.uk have exclusive rights to this edition and includes the following:

- Sims Medieval game
- DLC containing three throne rooms and 10 outfits
- Souvenir game sketch and art booklet
- 3D card artwork
- A3 Poster
- Wax seal featuring an embossed Plumbob
- Map of the game's kingdom
- Soundtrack CD

I expect the edition to be both a PAL and NTSC release, just need confirmation from you guys.
