Default Dissidia 012 (Duodecim) Final Fantasy: Legacy Edition

I know everyone knows about this release but there is no specific thread on this, so decided to create this to help make things simple when the portable database comes online.

Dissidia 012 (Duodecim) Final Fantasy: Legacy Edition is currently a PAL exclusive, no word on a NTSC release and with Square-enix's pass record with limited edition PSP releases, it's not likely to either.

Also as with Lord of Arcana - Slayer Edition this will be a first press edition.

There is currently no official images of the content, if anyone knows different please let us know here. The game will be released on the 25 March 2011.

It contains:
Game's soundtrack
A 48-page hardback 'Character Guide'
A Dissidia PSP screen cloth,
A voucher for 50% off a copy of Final Fantasy I in the Playstation Network.
A redeemable code to download the original costume of Tifa on the PSN, a picture of which is below:

NB: In Japan the code was available free of charge to those that purchased the game on release day, they were inside the first press batch only.

Can be pre-ordered from HMV, Amazon, Game, etc in the UK.

Needs confirmation from other members to see if it is available in the other PAL countries.

Sweet! I'll be placing my pre-order at HMV shortly.

Can't wait to see pics of the final package.

OK, we finally have a visual:

Quote:
When it comes to Square Enix PSP releases Europe always seems to get some kind of collector’s edition. Dissidia 012[duodecim]: Final Fantasy is no exception.

This collector’s pack opens up with artwork with the Cosmos and Chaos characters, special cover art for the PSP game, six lithograph prints of new Cosmos characters, a discount code for Final Fantasy on PSN, and a code to get two downloadable costumes. The Tifa outfit is a first print bonus in Japan. In the same region, the Squall costume is part of a Shonen Jump promotion. There’s a vanilla version of Dissidia 012[duodecim]: Final Fantasy which comes with none of the bonuses. The PSP fighting game lands in PAL territories on March 25.

Square Enix has not announced any details about the extra Tifa or Squall costumes for North America at this time.

I don't remember the first Dissidia LE, but yeah, this seems to lack the contents of past Square Enix PSP special editions. (soundtrack and artbook)

I'm guessing the lithographs will be of good quality, though.

I agree, missing the vital Soundtrack and Artbook seems like a stupid idea.

I reserve judgement on the lithographs until I see it first hand.
