PC Big box Warcraft 3 release?

Anyone confirm if Warcraft 3 was every released in a Big Box version like the other Blizzard classic games? I've been looking around for it but all i can find are the DVD case versions.

I meant the standard edition. But nice job getting the CE. How much did it cost you?

No Russian Bear it never came in a Big Box like Starcraft etc (Just the collectors edition).

Ah, my mistake. I believe Starcraft and Diablo 2 were the last blizzard titles that had big boxes. W3 and expansions were all small boxes, there is a W3 battlechest as well. The W3 CEs I have, I picked up for around $25.

Thanks guys. Such a shame though, i love big box releases and it would of been nice to have WC3 on my shelf. Guess ill try and pick up the Battlechest and CE.

You can also get an Exclusive Gift Set version which came with:

Strategy guide
Cinematics DVD (the same found in the Warcraft III Collector's Edition)
Warcraft II: Battle.net

(US only)

Actually there is a big box style of Warcraft 3 (but I think it came out only with the Thrall (orc) cover).

Here is an eBay item for sale on this matter:
