Need Help from French people

Hi
I need help from France
I want to purchase the item from one guy but they did not have paypal account
What is the best way to make a payment with out me getting ripoff

Also if it is possible I would like your comment on postal service too.

It takes only a few minutes to setup a paypal account, the only reason they would not accept pay pal is if they were banned in the past. There are ofcourse other reason but if he sells items and refuses paypal,then I would be wary.

It's important to know that unless to go via ebay, you have no paypal protection anyway unless the item never arrived, This ofcourse depends on the funds in the sellers account after the claim. If it arrived damaged then there is no protection at all.

If you pay using your a credit card in paypal, then you have some protection.

All the other choices are considered unsafe, Bank transfer, Postal order, credit union, etc.

You have to go via feedback of the seller.

The item is list on ebay but in classified part
Which is like craigslist (I think)
It's only in negotiating process but damn I really want it!

If I notice something shady I will walkaway but so far I still not see the heat coming.

Nope I just gave an example that it kinda like craigslist
People post stuff and if someone interest they can leave their offer price and e-mail to contact back.

Maybe if you linked us to it we could judge whether its legitimate? But then, you risk someone taking it!

But yeah, the not accepting paypal thing seems fishy.

Yeah well
French people are honest base on my past exp.
I bought some items from them in the past and no trouble so far
But the thing is I don't want the stress on waiting for item to get here.
If I think it would be too much hassle for me I will post the info on the item tomorrow.
Unless some french guy/girl would like to be my savior let me know
