Does anyone know how many metal packages came out for the series?

I know of AC1 and AC2 is there anymore? I thought Australia had its own Metal case.

Looking through the database it seems the following AC releases had metal cases:

Assassin's Creed Limited Edition [USA]
Assassin's Creed (Limited Edition) [Europe]
Assassin's Creed II The Master Assassin's Edition [USA]
Assassin's Creed II (StickerBook Edition) [Spain]
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (Collector's Edition) [Asia]

jbhifi Australia and amazon.de offered a brotherhood pre-order steelbook in which all 3 games fit. Well, on Amazon.de this was only available for PC pre-orders.
But the steelbook can be bought separately.

Yes they do, shipping will be about £14 Euros though.
