Default Rumour: Limited Edition Star Wars 360 Console with Kinect

This is a pure Rumour

Reports over at KinectAKU have said they have been given information on a special Star wars themed xbox 360 to celebrate the release of the kinect game:

This has been extracted from their website:

IT will be clad in a blue and white paint job — even the Kinect sensor itself will be sporting a neat palette change.

Let's hope this is true as it will be the first custom Kinect system, if true it Is one I'm very much looking forward to.

If it is indeed true, it will no doubt only be a 4GB model, otherwise the bundle would prove too expensive if it were a higher-spec model + Kinect + game. I think the ideal price for an LE X360 console is around £250-£280, and I can't see Microsoft bundling a Kinect & the game with a 250GB or 320GB model for that price. Likewise, I can't see anyone willing to pay over £300 for an Xbox bundle

In contrast, the Gears Of War 3 console comes with a 320GB HDD, an extra controller, and the game for only £269.99, and previous Super Elite consoles have retailed at £249.99

Something that is strangle, it's a 320GB version and not a 4GB as expected. What will the price of this unit be. Could this be an indication of a price drop or a discounted bundle in the run up to Christmas.

On another note, loving the blue controller indicator ring, perhaps it will also have unique noises like the Halo reach and the coming Gears of war 3 consoles.
