I've heard bad feedbacks on Yamato Touch, they have a lot of rare collectors, but in France at least, it is known that they are not very serious : items lost, no insurance, very long shipping time, no responding to mails, ...

That prevented me from buying on their site, although they have some items that I'd love to have.

I decided to pre-order the ico and shadow of the collosus & biohazard 15th anni collectors's edition.

Hopefully everything turns out well. I will also be posting a feedback after I receive these.

I am still thinking about purchasing the biohazard 5 collectors edition from then.

Well I have to recognize that what I say is feedback from several years ago.

They should be more serious now.
