Crysis 2 Backpack (or complete Nano Edition) Wanted

I'm looking to get the backpack that came with the Crysis 2 Nano Edition or just the complete Nano Edition. If you have the steelbook with the game (PS3) or the figurine, I'd also be interested in that as well.

I can't seem to find any listings here in the US, and most of the ones I do find looks sketchy.

I'm interested in the other items in it, so maybe if you have to buy a complete one, you can sell the figure and steelbook to me?
