A collector's edition of F.E.A.R ?

I don't think so, I know there is a Director's and Gold edition for PC, though.

I know that PC got a steelbook of the second game but thats about it, there was an edition of FEAR called the Ultimate Shooter Edition but again I think it is on PC.
