WRC Rally World Championship - slipcase help needed

Not the most popular game in the world, I know, but an acetate slipcase variant was released by somebody but i can't seem to establish by whom.




HMV are the normal source for slipcased variants but it definitely wasn't them - so does anybody have this and, more importantly, remember where they bought it ??
