Hi Luckos, I do believe the steelbook was also a czech pre-order bonus at jrc.cz.

Its probably still in stock and there was a czech member here a little bit ago willing to help us out so maybe you could send him a PM. You'll probably have to buy the game too but its still cheaper than buying just the steelbook on ebay (I think).
