well it says under the postage he doesn't accept returns so the only thing you could really do is you can sell it on if you dont want it and/or report the guy to eBay as false advertising because it doesn't match the image and the description says the item as being Master assassin and it isnt

IT says he doesn't accept returns, but under eBay policy, he has to accept a return if it is due to the item not being as described, so ask him about returning, and if he refuses, either sell it on or open a dispute on eBay xx

can't view the link (cos I'm at work), but if it isn't as described, and the seller wont reply, raise a paypal dispute 9if you paid that way).

They're pretty good at that kind of stuff.

This is absolutely correct, even if it says no returns, you are entitled to a refund/exchange under eBay policy if the item is not as described or faulty in any way.

Just as an example I bought a second hand laptop off of eBay about 5 months ago, it was described to be just over a year old in very good condition. It arrived in incredibly poor packaging, and when I got it out of the box it was very scratched up.. but it got worse. The laptop itself kept freezing while running, so I contacted the seller. On his ad for the laptop it said no returns accepted but he had to refund me because the item wasn't as described (he didn't even mention the scratches, let alone the freezing). So I sent the laptop back and got my money back.

If your not happy, you can get your money back, just try contacting the seller first and if he does not reply then open a case in the eBay resolution center.

Pudge.

You could still create a PayPal dispute on the grounds that the product received isn't the same as the one pictured. They show a stck image for the American release (which I guess is what you wanted), and sent you a completely different edition to that shown

They clearly didn't know what they had and couldn't even be bothered taking a photo. Their description (if you can call it that!) was inaccurate, therefore you should be entitled to a refund on the grounds that they mis-sold the item

If you don't get any luck with contacting the seller, and they refuse you a refund, just inform them that you'll be filing a PayPal dispute - One which you are most likely going to win as they almost always side with the buyer and force a refund, even if the auction states no refunds

Don't screw around waiting for a response. File a Paypal dispute immediately and then send them a message to arrange a return.

The paypal dispute will close automatically once they've repaid you via paypal but you're gonna somehow discuss postage for the return as paypal doesnt actually cover that.

This return postage can especially be a pain for low price items where the return post makes a return in itself not worthwhile due to how much you're actually getting back.
