I believe the Rage steelbook was French only and Ryaku was the one who had already been doing preorders for it. The steelbook was a "gift" given separate from the game as a bonus, so after release people with an "inside" scoop can get plain steelbooks. I'm pretty sure there was already a thread for "french preorder exclusives" HERE. Now that it's already out, I think he told me some time before release that he could possibly get some steelbooks "after" release, but I'd have to wait a few weeks...
Don't quote me on this. I'm not sure if Ryaku was the one.
