I have never seen the Killzone Tooth necklaces, look similar to the resistance 3 ones.

It might actually be the resistance ones. I am not sure cause these were thrown in to one of my purchases a while back at Gamestop.

Anyway Yes the controller is numbered. It is 1771/20000

Shipping looks right now to be roughly $45 for shipping. May change once I have address to ship to.
