Does Futureshop ship to USA (international)? They're based in Canada right?

Do you know if this edition will come in a premium box all together or is the figure separate?

Future Shop only ships to Canadian addresses.

I'm pretty sure it'll come we'll see a nice box for the whole edition, never seen Future Shop giving a figurine by itself.
