The one on Amazon UK isn't in stock, it's preorder - guessing a second printing.

i shipped a skyrim book to the states, similar weight, it cost 23 GBP via DHL so expect something similar

Just got this yesterday - looks awesome - much thicker and of higher quality than i thought - really luxury item and at only £12.99 was a steal...
