Default Greetinhs from South West England. My Small Collection.

Hello one and all

I have been looking at the main website for a couple months or so now, or more, I can't remember, but I decided to sign up, and show off my small collection. I am proud of all these, even the small ones, but the big ones are what make me feel lucky to have them. I bought all of these new, some from online and some in stores. So I hope these are ok. I will start off small, and work my way up, or at least try to =] I will mention where I got them from too, in case anyone wonders, and mention what they are, in case my photo's end up being not as sharp as I wanted. And I will include prices I paid for them. The ones that I can remember, I will. If not, I will leave blank =]

I hope you enjoy these, as much as I have enjoyed opening them, and playing them =]

Crysis 2: Limited Edition (£12.49) & Medal of Honor: Tiear 1 Edition (£9.99). I purchased these from Game instore:

Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars: Kane Edition (Forgot price) & Red Alert 3: Premier Edition (£34.99). I purchased these from Game instore:

The Sims 3: Collector's Edition & Pre-Order Pack. (£39.99) USB Plumbob is being used by me, and the pre-order pack was sent to me, even though I bought this after its release. Purchased from Game.co.uk

Deus Ex: Human Revolution Limited Edition (£34.99) & Napoleon: Total War Imperial Edition (£14.99) Purchased from Game instore:

Dante's Inferno: Death Edition (£54.94) & Heavy Rain Special Edition (£44.99) Purchased from Game.co.uk and HMV instore respectively:

Myst V: End of Ages Collectors Edition (£34.99 or £39.99) This was bought as a present for me by my mother. Purchased from PC World instore.

God of War: Ultimate Trilogy Edition inside the Pandora's Box replica (£109.99) Purchased from Game.co.uk. This is the most expensive one I paid for, but I loved every minute playing it. It snapped up pre-orders pretty fast if I remember. I remember people being miffed that they missed out on it. Purchased from Game.co.uk

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition (PS3) (£119.99) Purchased from HMV.co.uk

Splinter Cell Conviction: Limited Collector's Edition (PC-DVD) (£9.99). And as a bonus, I thought I'd show my GTA: Vice City 7 CD Soundtrack Box Set (Price unknown), bought for me by my mother many years ago. Puchased from Game instore & HMV instore respectively:

Age of Empires 3: Collector's Edition (Forgot the price) I purchased this just after christmas one year, 2005 or 2006. Saw it on TV one day, and I decided I wanted it. I found this copy instore in Game. They held it back for me for one week, and I collected it at the end of the holding period:

Now to break up the games, here are 2 hardcover guides. I have the God of War 3: Ultimate Edition guide (£12.91) and the Black Ops Prestige Edition guide with the Multiplayer Tactical Recon Stand on the far left (£19.99) Purchased from Zavvi.co.uk and Game instore respectively:

Here I have the Half Life 2: Strategy Guide (£12.99), Half Life 2 Collector's Edition tin (£44.99 if I remember correctly) and Half Life 2 - Raising The Bar: Limited Edition Artbook (£49.90) It was sealed, but I couldn't resist oepning it and reading it. I have the tin edition of Half Life 2 because it was the only copy the store had, as they had none of the standard ones in. A happy accident that day. Purchased from Game instore, Game instore and Ebay.co.uk respectively:

Here I have Batman: Arkham City Collector's Edition (£14.99) and Batman: Arkham City Collector's Edition (£49.99) The Arkham Asylum box is tatty I know, and the Batarang scratched some, but thte game and journal and extra code were all sealed in a drawer. Plus the box must have been moved around the storey for about 3 years. These are my most recent purchases. Purhcased both instore, on the same day at Console Connections.

Here I have one of my luckiest finds: Starcraft 2 Wings Of Libery: Collector's Edition (£34.99) I spotted this in store one day, and set my heart on it. I kept looking to make sure it was there until I saved up and bought it. This was the lasy copy the store had, so I was very lucky. Here I also have another lucky find, Bioshock 2 Special Edition (£19.97). Both purchased instore from Console Connections.

And finally, my Assassin's Creed games. From l-r we have: Assassin's Creed 2 Black Edition (Exclusive to Play.com) (£69.99) Assassin's Creed: Limited Edition Artbook (£19.48 inc p+p), Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood Limited Codex Edition (Exclusive to Play.com) (£69.99), Assassin's Creed Platinum Label (£19.99) and Assassin's Creed: Revelations Collector Edition (£49.99). Purchased from, Play.com, Amazon.co.uk, Play.com, Argos instore and Game.co.uk respectively:

So there you go fellow collector's, that's my collection. I hope you like looking at them =] Let me know if you enjoy them, or if you are jealous at any of them =D

Many thanks. And warm greetings to you.

Ben

I wonder if you go scrumping then, or Urban Scrumping as Bill Bailey mentioned.

The Black Edition is really nice. I forgot the number I had. A friend of mine pointed it out to me a few months before it was released. He has a copy too. Another friend of mine has the White edition, but I think the Black Edition is better.

Thank you for your reply and greetings Vhal. I have seen there are a few of us. Must be that we get some nice editions here, or people are brave enough to import them =]

I shall look forward to enjoying my stay here.

I thought the Dutch were more famous for other substances rather than cider xD

But again guys, thank you for your replies, and thanks in advanced for the others to come, but I will no doubt thank those again.

My next CE will be the Assassin's Creed 3: Join or Die Edition for the PS3 from Play.com, which I have pre-ordered. I am also looking to nab the Vault Hunters Edition of Borderlands 2 for the PC, but that decision will be made nearer the time.

Thanks again guys =D

Oh whoopsee, my bad. I hope I didn't offend any of the Dutch on here. And on the other note, are they good apples there? I am not a fan of cider, but I have had some nice stuff. Just don't get caught stealing. My mum used to go scrumping, such a rebel she was =D
