Hey, how much for the journal and wrist cuff including postage to the UK?

And a question about that bag in the first photo (can't believe I missed it!) - I've not been able to find one anywhere but been after it for a while! Was it exclusive to a certain country or anything? Just can't seem to track one down, wondering if I need to search more specifically
