WTB darksiders 2 pre-order dlc

Hello, darksiders 2 as got different pre-order dlc bonus depending on the place of pre-order, as I will pre-order only from one place, I won't be able to get the other dlc's. So I am here to let you know I would purchase it from anyone who wants to sell it. These are the pre-order dlc bonus I am looking for :

- "Shadow of Death pack" (from the collector edition)
- "Angel of Death pack" (from best buy)
- "Deadly Despair pack" (from amazon)

Also lookin for the sleeping dog pre order bonus from AMAZON :

- "Martial Arts Pack"

Isn't the "Shadow of Death Pack" in every Collector's? I saw Gamestop's and Bestbuy's CE and they both have the Shadow of Death Pack or maybe Angel of Death pack is a bonus from best buy besides the Shadow of Death pack.
