For Sale: Borderlands 2 Codes

I have for sale some pre-order codes for the Borderlands 2. I have 6 codes in total, 3 Premium Club (2 Xbox 360, 1 Playstation 3) and 3 Slaughter Dome (2 Xbox 360, 1 Playstation 3). I bought the Xbox copies for my friends and they didn't want the codes, while the Playstation code I have no use for due to I'm keeping my copy sealed for nostalgic reasons. Therefore I'd rather someone else put them to use and enjoy them. First come, first serve.

Xbox 360:
Premium Club: 00/03 Left ($20)
Slaughter Dome: 00/03 Left ($10)

Playstation 3:
Premium Club: 00/02 Left ($20)
Slaughter Dome: 00/02 Left ($10)

My son purchased 2 copies of Borderlands 2 at Gamestop (for Xbox 360) and he left one of the receipts with the codes there. Do you still have codes avail? What form of payment do you take?
