The Limited Pre-Order Set of Atelier Rorona The Alchemist of Arland includes the regular edition game along with a 32 page hard cover artbook and a Original Sound Track CD in it’s own jewel case. This “edition” did not come in a box but rather simply included the game and two bonus times shipped together like separate items.

It contains the Game, book and soundtrack CD, although they are all seperate and not in a big box premium version. So guess it not a collector's version in that way.
It is more like first print edition. Later edition will not include the artbook.

I got my copy in today... very disappointed... the "LE" is little more than the game with a couple of pre-order bonuses.
I preorder from NIS store and I am disappointed that it didn't package with oversize box. I heard only Gamestop preorder has this.
I picked this up today... it does indeed come in a large box. my game-stop had a stack of these and judging by the recent ebay auctions I was tempted to pickup a 2nd copy.
