Production of the Collector Edition was limited to 200 units total  (100 units per platform)

Availability:
Ordering was only possible though the UK publishers PQube.  While the publishers web-store did not allow export, you could also purchase the item through PQube’s eBay shop which allowed export to Europe but not other PAL or NTSC regions.
