Sorry to see that your Zelda CEs are damaged.
Where did you order them from? I've ordered mine from Amazon. I hope to God that it doesn't come damaged as I have literally only paid for the nice box! XD
With regards to the damaged steelbooks. It would all depend on how much they've cost you and whether the cost of them is enough to justify you making a fuss about the damage. Was the item adequately packaged? In future I would recommend contacting sellers in advance about specific packing requirements. Especially for items like steelbooks and CEs in flimsy boxes as these are the most likely items to suffer in the post! >.<
