Yes I know that .. and I did wait !
They did reply to my message here before going away ..

telling me they got my copies of the CE , and will send my package with my friend on Monday.
"for my box in Ohio /usa"
so i did reply to make sure to tell me when they did with the tracking numbers .. I've waited nothing ..

Btw , this is from 2 weeks !

I'm not sure if it's ok to mention more details here .. because i respect
everyone .. i just want to solve my problem

Queeny, it's funny you mention something like this. I just bought a PS vita from someone on ebay and I was waiting for it to ship and I email the guy and he told one of his family member got rushed to the hospital and would be out of town for a little bit.(the good the is that he emailed me back) So i'm waiting for about two weeks to get my vita....it sucks...good thing I'm a person that can wait on things.

if more days pass open a case to force them to contact you ..

in my case I only have paypal to ask for refund ..

Believe me I don't mind to wait .. but when the seller is ignore you sometimes , don't care to send the tracking number ,
or changing the date without telling you until you ask .. what would you feel ?

to be honest I kinda doubt i will get it
I'm waiting for a reply .. but no answer !
I already sent an email through here .. because their inbox is already full
but they will get an email .. just like the last time .
I also sent the same copy in another site ..
till now nothing ..
i will wait a little .. then i will open a case ..
depending on the member .. also what will happen after the case.
then i will inform one of the CE Moderator about this matter so other members will not face the same things as me ..

this is as the Worst Case Scenario !!
I just wish we don't end it like this ..
I just want our copies or at lease money .. nothing else .

As you said the member's inbox is full. I wont be able to send him any message either. I know how frustrated you're because I experienced something lime this before too. Have you tried to email him though this site?
