As you said the member's inbox is full. I wont be able to send him any message either. I know how frustrated you're because I experienced something lime this before too. Have you tried to email him though this site?

the PayPal fee.. but i said it's not possible i don't have this option

Sending the payment with fees is actually a good thing. If she didn't tell you anything about being away, I suggest you stop waiting and open a case on PayPal. Maybe then she will reply to you.
