so i can be safe if something happened ..
also she did ask me to send the payment as a friend/family because of
the PayPal fee.. but i said it's not possible i don't have this option
in my region .. so i send her more for the PayPal fee .

Sending the payment with fees is actually a good thing. If she didn't tell you anything about being away, I suggest you stop waiting and open a case on PayPal. Maybe then she will reply to you.
