Yeah, vita games and consoles are region free and you can access the store for the region your account is set to. The only issue is if you play an import physical game, you would not be able to download any DLC for it from the vita store if the game region does not match your account region. Unfortunately you can't have multiple region accounts on the vita like you can with the PS4.

Actually you can - for every account you must have different memory card
But it's pain in the ass...

No, but I know someone who does (or at least DID). I gave it to them when I was managing a game store during the summer after HS and got one

Dark Cloud (1 & 2) are still some of my favorite PS2 games! They were just both awesome and fairly creative too!
