How do you mean re-release? This hasn't been available in physical form yet, but it might be confusing since there is Life is Strange: Before the storm which was the second game in the series, but not an official part 2.
Now there is (physically): Life is Strange Complete Season (Limited edition and standard edition) Life is Strange: Before the Storm Complete season (Limited edition) Life is Strange 2 Complete season (Which is this one, CE and standard)

is the STANDARD game copy exclusive to the Square Enix e-store in the US? or can it be found for pre-order at standard retailers? i can't seem to find any listings outside this Collector's edition on the US Square Enix store!?

I love Life is Strange and only bought the physical games so far, but what's the point of selling a physical version if the last episode is not included and you have to download it? I'm passing on this one, sadly enough. I'll wait for a complete version or buy it digitally as cheap as I can find it.
