How do you mean re-release? This hasn't been available in physical form yet, but it might be confusing since there is Life is Strange: Before the storm which was the second game in the series, but not an official part 2.
Now there is (physically):

Life is Strange Complete Season (Limited edition and standard edition)
Life is Strange: Before the Storm Complete season (Limited edition)
Life is Strange 2 Complete season (Which is this one, CE and standard)
