What's the value of?...

i've come across an original xbox developer console with all the original cables, the ones for japan are unopen and it does have an unfinished game on it from a big franchise. its like new condition(no dents or scratches). i'm fairly sure there kinda rare cause i don't see a lot of them for sale. it is a complete kit the way microsoft would send them with original boxes and manual. my question is how much are they worth to a hardcore collector or modder. i've seen them go for fairly high prices but with the unfinished game and the condition with all cables must add something more to value? by the way its the clear developers console not the green debug console. so anyone know the worth?
