I really don't understand how some guys can say it is ugly and uninspired really. Even gameplay wise it is far superior than LoS. Sure at the begining it the same thing, but once you get the 2 weapons and the ability to transform into mist, you become god like.
I swear I felt like a god when I fought that boss after gaining the power to transform into mist. You have no idea how powerfull you feel when you start attacking a boss and he suddenly attack and you turn into mist at that precise moment to avoid the hit and continue you combo right after.

you feel like a fucking boss yourself .


The game is great but that's just my opinion though.

You know how those review goes, they compare LoS 2 to previous Castlevania titles rather than comparing it with LoS. If a game have QTE then they will drop the review score by 2, no multiplayer drop another 2. Have the world Call of Duty it will be instant 9 and above.

All the review keep comparing it to God of War. Lol it is not supposed to be a God of War clone :/
