Is this common practice with them? What grounds would I have to complain and request a refund on the second shipping charge? I don't have any problems with paying what I owe, but I feel they're pulling a fast one here? 0.o

I'm surprised that they shipped different orders in one package, never happened to me. I'd suggest just let it be as I'm 99% sure your complaint won't give you any positive result.
