I wouldn't stress too much over this steelbook to be honest. This isn't like the RE6 Thailand steelbook that was nearly impossible to get. There are a lot of international sellers based in Taiwan. Chances are, someone will get a hold of extra steels that weren't sold along with the game. Just need to wait.
