How many Final Fantasy Movie Steelbooks/Metalpaks are there?

For AC I know:
- 2 German exclusives
- 1 Asia (Korea, Thai, CHN)
- 1 China exclusives
- 1 Australia exclusive (Not sure if Steelbook or Metalpak)

SW:
-1 German exclusive

We have a very awesome thread about gaming steelbooks, but couldn't find anything in regards to movies. (Would probably be a veeeery long list )

There is also a Singapore steelbook for AC.
