Halo 4 has the manual as the inside "art"

i also think the US version exterior box packaging is somewhat different compared to PAL..i looked at the german edition on amazon.de and the box looks somewhat different.

I've tried to order from them before and they only used to ship to NA, so I doubt they do unless they have changed their shipping policies... 0.o

Yeah it's annoying because I kinda want the other stuff that come with it too! >.< Hopefully we'll see a few floating around eBay after launch for a decent price. If not, I can live without I guess! Lol
