If anyone had the same problem as me of your copy arriving with holes in the top and you ordered to shopto then you can get it replaced.
After I saw the condition of my box I rang them up on Thursday and spoke to someone who said they kept spare stock in case something like this happened so a courier came and took it back from me on Friday and this morning I've already received the replacement which was properly packed in a ton of bubble wrap this time and thankfully completely damage free. The replacement is a sealed UK/EU one just like the ones the sent off in the first place.

Hope i will get my chance on this the next time it shows up for that cheap, because i do want the PAL edition aswell, even though the way things has been put in the PAL version looks a bit worse, but the box itself looks imo better than the US one.
