There are 50 levels plus 3 re-up's
So 200 levels
I have just re upped once and got a bronze star next to my name
So it seems it will go
No medal - first 50
Bronze star - reup1
Silver star - re up 2
Gold star - reup 3
And I can't see there being an onyx star
Probably for the best
