I'm confused. Does this affect everyone? Or did you write to them to complain about the issue first?

I haven't received any eMail from them, but then I haven't opened mine so I wouldn't know whether something was wrong or not

Nah they emailed me about it. I assume it affects all PC owners of it.

Got my copy today, unfortunately it has some light scratches on it.
Love the colour though!

Just noticed the discount leaflet included in the UK Steelbook is for Rage OR Elder (not both?!?)

Not too impressed with the Brink game itself - will be selling the steelbook on ebay.
