No problem, i don't actually display these, i just keep them in the bags to keep the cases scratch free until someday i can display them

lol Tbh, not much of my stuff is actually displayed anymore. they're more just "archived" on my shelves as I don't have the room to actually display stuff.... The display stuff gradually got packed away again as I got more items! XD

have you thought about just asking a local acrylic place if they can make them for you? the uv resistant acrylic is really common as its just a glaze.. its not like these companies made the glaze themselves they buy it in buckets.. most places in the country that sell or use acrylic should be able to do them

lol was thinking the same thing. I don't see the appeal for these at all? Any local acrylic/perspex company can make you up one of these in pretty much any shape or size you want, and it'll be cheaper and no shipping. I'm going to get one made up for my 3A MG Rex.

I was going to look around into seeing if there is anywhere local that would make acryllic cases to design and size specifications, but I am having trouble finding places that would make one offs. Most of the websites I have found in the UK have been bulk orders for acryllic containers in the UK.

That is the issue I expect to face with finding somewhere local to do it. As most places I imagine would manufacture to set sizes in bulk, I can imagine it would be quite difficult to find somewhere that would make one off sizes made to my specification. Will do some research into it when I plan to actually get some made. XD

I have also looked into this and you are right, most companies want to have bulk orders and if you want single units the price is high as it's a one off run they have to do.

Let me know how you get on as I want some cases for my games.
