Also wondering if anyone can tell me more about a PS3 that has this on it
 It's a fat PS3 and from what I can tell must be the original version or perhaps a precursor?  I want to say this PS3 was maybe sent to the states to go through safety testing or something? Or is it a Dev PS3? Really out of my element here
