Two CEs announced for Bioshock Infinite

Here we go . . .the usual GAME fiasco. "Your order has been cancelled blah, blah . . ." by email. Pre-ordered last October, bank card details are up to date and i could have sworn I ordered the PS3 version although my order is showing as 360. Is it actually possible to speak to a living person there by phone anybody know ??

Anybody else ????

No you can't speak to an actual person anymore! >.< You can get them on live chat but the second you start getting irrate in your messages, expect the chat to be ended. >.<

Says onsite that chat is available 9 to 5. Tried at ten to five . . .sod off nobody available.
